We invest in rotating our workforce to pick up new skills in anticipation of the types of services our clients will require from us, says Divyesh Vithlani, Senior MD, Market Unit Lead - SEA, Accenture.

Divyesh Vithlani is the market unit lead for Southeast Asia, managing Accenture’s business across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. He is responsible for the company’s growth in this fast-growing region as well as working with clients to solve their business challenges. 

Prior to assuming this role in September 2020, Divyesh served as the lead for Accenture’s Financial Services group across Southeast Asia. Divyesh has over 25 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Markets across Europe and Asia Pacific. Before joining Accenture, Divyesh held various leadership roles including Group Technology Chief Operating Officer at Credit Suisse.
