Amazing companies are believing that business is the greatest platform for change, said Sanket.

While diversity has been in talks over the years, now, is the time to talk about the success stories of the various diversity policies as implemented by organisations. Sanket Atal, Senior VP and Managing Director of Salesforce joined us for an episode of the People Matters Podcast to discuss the various aspects of diversity and inclusion, and why employees prioritise the same. 

“One of the major reasons for low participation of women in the workforce. is this gender pay gap,” said Sanket.   

Further elaborating on the factors that employees prioritise while seeking jobs, Sanket noted that the Boston Consulting Group study found that companies with diverse management teams have 19% higher revenues due to innovation and also that people seek jobs with companies offering diverse and inclusive cultures.
